MaryBeth has been performing in New England area for over 20 years. She started as a child on stage locally in plays and with choirs, then as a teenager performing in Boston venues with original bands in the late 80’s.
Classically trained, the style of music she performs ranges from sweet melodic rock, to blues and hard rock. She is currently performing with her band, "The MaryBeth Maes Band" with Anthony DiPietro on drums, Jim Puff on vocals and bass, David Fischer on vocals and lead guitar, and John Wadkins on keys and vocals.
She also plays solo and duo acoustic gigs. While MaryBeth does perform a wide range of rock, blues and dance covers, her gigs also feature music from her original CD “Just Like Me”, produced and recorded by her husband, Brian Maes. The song "Don't Worry 'Bout Me", written by her husband Brian Maes, has been featured on WZLX's Sunday Morning Blues show.
MaryBeth also performs with Brian as part of the Brian Maes Band, formerly of RTZ and Peter Wolf’s “House Party Five”. She is currently part of the backing vocal section of Barry Goudreau's Engine Room and featured in a a couples songs singing lead. They are currently gigging supporting their new CD, "Full Steam Ahead", written by Barry Goudreau and Brian Maes.

MaryBeth and her band is currently working on a 6-song EP, which will be released in Fall of 2017.
MaryBeth also teaches vocal lessons, performs in assisted living and nursing home venues and has a children's program, "Music, Movement and More" that she brings to libraries, daycares and preschools.
